Approvals and Signoff Procedures

For successful implementation of projects, we would require signoff from client at each stage of production process.

Signoff Procedures
A Client Signoff either by e-mail or in print form will accompany each project deliverable. The signoffs required at each stage of project would be clearly specified in the statement of work. To ensure control, a single point of contact for signoffs would be assigned by the client. The terms of signoffs and allowable periods etc would be mentioned in the contract.

Contact personnel
Contact personnel for both C&K and the Client will be defined on the Project Requirements Document (PRD) or the Project Management Plan. Normally, administrative/financial contacts (contract signing, billing, etc.) will be channelled to the C&K's Hyderabad office; contacts requiring the allocation of resources across projects (project definition, scheduling, personnel assignment, etc) or communication with the Client Project Manager will go through the C&K's Project Manager. By mutual agreement, other members of the C&K's development staff may be contacted, or may contact Client personnel to expedite development (e.g., questions for SMEs, explanations of comments in Client reviews, etc.). These communications will be copied to the C&K's Project Manager if in email format, or a brief email summary sent to the C&K's Project Manager.
